What data we collect, how, and why...
To keep things running smoothly, we collect some basic info from you. When you sign up, buy something, or contact us, we may ask for your name, email, and payment details. No, we’re not just being nosy; this helps us send you updates, process your orders, and make sure everything is running as it should. We also use cookies and tracking tools, like Google Analytics, to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and how we can make things better for you. Think of it as a way to fine-tune the experience, not to spy on your midnight crafting sessions.
Storaging Data
Where, how, and with who
Your data doesn’t just float around in cyberspace, it’s stored safely on Wix servers and trusted third-party platforms like Google Analytics. These guys know their stuff when it comes to security, but we still take extra precautions by using encryption and limiting who can access your info. We don’t sell your data (because that would be super shady), but we do share it with a few trusted services, like Wix Payments (to process your payments securely), Google Analytics (to help us improve the site), and Meta Ads & Pinterest Analytics (to show you cool, relevant content). And how long do we keep your data? Only as long as we need to, whether for legal, business, or marketing reasons. Once it’s no longer useful, it’s deleted; just like those embarrassing old selfies.
Your rights
Check, update, delete info
Because you’re the boss of your own data, you have the right to know what we’ve got on you. If you ever want to check, update, or even delete your info, just drop us an email at hello@craftsymoolah.com. We won’t take it personally. You can also tell us to stop using your data for marketing, and we’ll respect your wishes (even if we’ll miss you). Plus, if you’re not a fan of cookies tracking your moves, you can manage those settings directly in your browser or through Wix’s built-in tools.

These terms apply to all digital products (including spreadsheets, templates, and worksheets) and online courses sold by CraftsyMoolah [SuMiiKo Oy]. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We keep things clear and straightforward, no legal mumbo jumbo unless necessary.
Access and Usage
Online courses and digital products
When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to licensing.

Online Courses: Course materials are available for 16 weeks from the date of purchase.

Other Digital Products: These are downloadable and yours to keep (but still not to share).
Payments & Refunds
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed, and all purchases are final.
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. In plain terms:

When you buy a downloadable product or start using your course immediately, you waive your right to cancel. This is standard under EU and Finnish law for digital content.
